Industry Specific ComplianceThe Department of Telecommunications, on October 21, 2026, has notified the “Telecom eServices Portal” as the designated portal for the digital implementation of the Telecommunications (Regulatory Sandbox) Rules, 2026. 

The following has been stated:

In pursuance of Rule 12 of the Telecommunications (Regulatory Sandbox) Rules, 2026, the Central Government has designated the Telecom eServices Portal of the Department of Telecommunications for carrying out the digital implementation of the Regulatory Sandbox Rules.
